Company HR Admin and Social Committee members can send custom messages to employees based on location, crew and/or department.

To create a message:

  1. Click on Communicate on the left-side navigation

  2. Set the Select Location

  3. Set the Select Crew

  4. Set the Select Department

  5. Available employees based on the above selection will be displayed

  6. Uncheck any employee you don't want to receive the message

  7. Type your message in the right-side box labelled Enter your message (at least 10 characters)

  8. Click Send Message button when finished with the message
